Ships only to U.S. and Canada. Shipping cost included within U.S. For Canada, additional shipping charges will be invoiced after purchase, and depending on painting size and collector location, will be $50-$200 USD. Purchasers are also responsible for all additional customs/fees upon receipt of painting.
To pick up your painting in person in the Hartford, CT area, please email Jess after your purchase to set up a time (she will refund $25 upon pick up of your painting).
Signature required on shipments of all original work. Jess wraps the painting in craft paper and foam, then packs it into sturdy cardboard boxes with crumpled newspaper and chipboard cushioning on all sides.
Canvas Prints: Ships within 3 weeks of purchase.

Unstretched canvas. Matte finish. Open edition. Printed in-house. Framing recommended (how-to tips here). Signed in gold pen by artist. PRINTED TO ORDER, SHIPS FROM STUDIO. Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to carefully print and package your piece when it is ordered. We sometimes have stock on hand, in which case the piece will ship sooner. Ships rolled in a rigid mailing tube for greatest protection during shipping.

Gallery-wrapped canvas stretched over 1.5 inch deep edge wooden bars, with the image mirrored onto the sides. Satin finish. Open edition. Wired and ready to hang. Signature of the artist is part of the printed image. SPECIAL ORDER, SHIPS DIRECTLY FROM THE PRINTER (not done here at the studio). Please allow up to 3-6 weeks for the printer (located in the U.S.) to print, build, and ship your gorgeous piece. It may ship sooner than that.

Please choose "International Shipping" at checkout. Buyer is responsible for all additional customs, fees, and taxes.
We do not ship originals or special order stretched canvases internationally, except for Canada. Canada, choose shipping option for stretched or unstretched.
Returns
Jess works hard to have clear and accurate photos, but color nuances cannot be captured perfectly by digital media and vary from screen to screen. If you just aren't sure about the painting or its colors, she will be happy to send more photos with close ups. Please be sure you love the painting before you purchase it. Paintings are not sold 'upon approval'. This means Jess cannot accept a return if it doesn't match or you change your mind.
If a painting or print is damaged during shipping, Jess can work out a return and refund with you.
