Normally my details are expressive and broad, but with the Eastern Box Turtle, I knew the focus had to be on intricacies of their marvelous shells. I had studied the population living in our back woods in order to fight a development plan to clear 20 acres, and was shocked to find 20 different turtles when I took the time to actually study the variety of markings and colorings!

Painted on 1 1/2" deep gallery-wrapped canvas with all sides painted, so no framing is needed. Wired and ready to hang.
Signed on front, signed & dated on back. Varnished. Includes certificate of authenticity.

For Canada, additional shipping charges will be invoiced after purchase, and depending on painting size and collector location, will be $250-$500 USD. Purchasers are also responsible for all additional customs/fees upon receipt of painting.

Signature required on shipments of all original work. Jess wraps the painting in craft paper and foam, then packs it into sturdy cardboard boxes with crumpled newspaper and chipboard cushioning on all sides.
Jess works hard to have clear and accurate photos, but color nuances cannot be captured perfectly by digital media and vary from screen to screen. If you just aren't sure about the painting or its colors, she will be happy to send more photos with close ups. Please be sure you love the painting before you purchase it. Paintings are not sold 'upon approval'. This means Jess cannot accept a return if it doesn't match or you change your mind.
If a painting is damaged during shipping, Jess can work out a return and refund with you.
